Arab Bank and Supporters File Briefs with Supreme Court

On August 21, 2017, Arab Bank submitted its brief with the Supreme Court in Jesner et al. v. Arab Bank, PLC. In its brief, the Bank makes its case that the Court should affirm dismissal of the case, a decision reached by both the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and a district court. It argues that Jesner is subject to dismissal under the reasoning of decisions by the Second Circuit and the Supreme Court in Kiobel I and Kiobel II.
